High Rigidity Long Service 1110 Glazed Tile Production Line
Designed and manufactured by Hebei Hengfu Pressing Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., the 1110 glazed tile roll forming machine (Model YX24-222-1110) is engineered for processing 1250mm Q235 color steel and galvanized steel with thickness ranging from 0.3-0.5mm. This machine delivers stable performance and high forming precision for demanding industrial applications.
The robust construction features a 400H national standard steel frame and 16mm thick wall panels. Equipped with 16-21 rows of 45Cr rolls that undergo quenching, tempering, fine turning, and chrome plating processes, the machine ensures exceptional durability. The 80mm solid spindle and 11kW servo motor driven by gearbox provide strong rigidity and smooth operational performance.
Advanced features include post-forming double linear guide electric shearing system with Cr12Mov quenched and finely ground tools for smooth cutting and low failure rates. The integrated PLC, frequency converter, touch screen, remote control, and alarm systems deliver precise control with positioning error ≤1mm.
The double hand-operated feeding frame with manual cutter facilitates easy and efficient operation. With a working speed of 4-12m/min, this production line is optimized for mass production requirements. It finds extensive application in antique buildings including factories, scenic areas, pavilions, hotels, and villas.
